Coconut Water has long been a popular drink in the tropics, especially in Costa Rica, India, Sri Lanka, Brazil, the Philippines, Indonesia, Cote d’Ivoire, Venezuela, Colombia, Panama, Ecuador, northern Peru, Caribbean islands, Dominican Republic, El Salvador and Mexico. It is usually available fresh, even in the coconut nut or bottled. Pure coconut water is only obtained by removing it from a green coconut. Although in the West we know it for the delicious flavor of its «central bone» or «pulp», in its place of origin they also enjoy the liquid that it contains inside, known as «coconut milk» (considered a natural isotonic drink) .

The coconut is also known for its many culinary applications: either in dishes or through exotic and surprising cocktails, this tropical fruit enjoys the favor of many people who appreciate its unique and intense flavor and the sensations it evokes.
